Commented Issue: Change platform target to x86 to make it compatible with x64 OSes

BizTalk binaries are 32-bit. On the other hand, BizTalk MsBuild Generator's target is AnyCPU, that makes it x64 application on x64 OSes. This, in turn, results in "Class not registered" exception in a new project wizard.

Please change platform target of BizTalk.BuildGenerator.UI project to x86.
